Overhauling of HPAC Lub oil and Air Coolers(inter stage coolers)The following coolers to be removed from the position,shifted to workshop,dismantled,chemically cleaned,inspection to be carried out,required tubes to be blanked,pressure tested at shell side and tube side,showned to ship staff,assembled with new gaskets,seals and fasteners,painted,fitted in position,satisfactory operation to be showned to ship staff.all materials and consumables like protectors,testing adaptors,gaskets,ss fasteners,cooper plugs,paints, cooler cleaning chemicals are procure,supply and fitment in contractor scope.Eligibility Criteria for Participating Vendors:Vendors must have past experience in Cooler overhauling works on Defence vessels. The vendor shall submit documentary evidence of their past experience along with the technical bid. Failure to submit the required documents will result in rejection of the offer and disqualification of the vendor from the tender
a) AIR COOLERS (1st and 2nd stage coolers), Test pressure shell side: 7 and 21kg/cm2,both tube side:5 kg/cm2b) AIR COOLERS (3rd,4th and 5th stage coolers),Test pressure shell side: 80,250 and 670 kg/cm2,all tube side:5 kg/cm2SETS(each set having 2 nos)
