| 19 | (a)The bidder must quote freight & insurance charges separately up to ONGC destination. If freight & insurance charges are not quoted in price format, the same will be considered as 'Inclusive'.(b)The freight and insurance charges shall be paid at actuals (based on documentory proof) restricted to the amount quoted above.(c)Material must be insured by supplier for losses, damages, breakages and shortages during transit at Supplier's risk & cost. In case of payment documents negotiated through bank, insurance cover in the name of ONGC is required to be furnished for payment. |

| 21 | In terms of Notification No.3/2017-GST Legislations dated 28.06.2017 and amended vide Notification No. 08/2022 dated 13.07.2022 and 11/2025-IGST(R) dated 17.09.2025, (as amended from time to time), domestic supply of the items specified in List attached in the Notification No 3/2017 dated 28.06.2017 would attract concessional rate of GST @18%, subject to conditions specified therein. If the standard/ merit-rate of GST on the specified goods itself is 18% or lower, then such lower rate of GST would apply directly i.e. without invoking Notification No. 3/2017-1 IGST(R). |
| 22 | Statutory charges like GST must be indicated, failing which, ONGC will not be liable for payment of such charges. |
| 23 | ONGC reserves the right to place order either on ex-works or F.O.R. destination basis. |
