| 2 | Taking down complete existing water proofing treatment/brick tiles of any description over roof slabs / parapets etc including grass, trees treating with chemical and cleaning the surface and removal out side of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.Note :Taking down earthig strips and solar panel wires/ PVC Water Tanks of any size/ GI/CPVC/UPVC Pipe from roof and re-fixing on the same position after APP laying is deemed to be inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor. |
| 3 | Demolition of existing old padding concrete of any thickness of existing water proofing treatment over the RCC slab other than beams, chajjas, staircase etc by chipping of with proper tools viz chiesel and with applying reasonable force so as to avoid any damages to existing RCC roof slab complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls/ceiling/facias/Chajjas including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off out side of MoD land all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | M&L for Cutting grooves as V type in brick wall/ slab, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 6 | M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates avg Th 40 mm as in levelling/ padding course on roof slab, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope, making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. |
| 7 | M&L for cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, using rounded or chamfered on edges or making slop on roof for padding, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 8 | M&L 100 mm thick PCC type B2, (1:2:4) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, Tank Stagging complete fair finished even and smooth without using extra cement |
| 9 | M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Including 04 Story building), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately). |
| 10 | Supply only liquid water proofing compound. |
| 11 | M&L water proofing treatment on roof/parapet/Chajjas on horizontal or vertical surfaces consisting as under:- (a) Cutting grooves in vertical surfaces, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 (up to 4th storey Bldg) complete.(b) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.40 Kg/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (c) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified.(d) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/ sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
