Manufacturing of one number 300 mm diameter cast iron (CI) de-silting valve as per existing design, dimensions , and site requirements , including cutting , machining , welding flange fabrication on both ends , drilling of bolt holes and necessary finishing including transportation to site. The valve shall be manufactured complete in all respects, suitable for installations at intake side of Binwa Power House Uttrala and shall confirm to the satisfaction of the engineer-in- Charge

Dismantling and removal of the existing old/ damaged 300 mm cast iron de-silting valve from its location by manual or mechanical means . re-installation of new/ manufactured 300 mm CI valve in place of the old valve including proper positioning, alignment, fixing with flanges on both sides, providing and fixing new nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets, sealing flange joints to make them leak proof connecting and adjusting the extension operating mechanism, testing for smooth operation and completing the work in all respects to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
