| 5 | Providing, deploying, supervising and managing trained Security Personnel (male & female) for access control, crowd management, asset protection and overall venue security during the event period, including all statutory compliances, uniforms, communication equipment and supervision. |
| 6 | Providing, deploying and managing Housekeeping & Sanitation Personnel for maintaining cleanliness, waste collection, disposal, upkeep of public areas, stalls, toilets and common facilities throughout the event period, including all tools, cleaning materials, consumables, uniforms and supervisory support. |
| 7 | Deployment of Licensed Electrician with tools and equipment for manage and look after all electric point during event (8-hour duty). |
| 8 | Providing and deploying a qualified Event Management Supervisor/Coordinator responsible for overall event coordination, supervision of day-to-day operations, liaison with organizers, monitoring of vendor performance, workforce management, logistical coordination, issue resolution and ensuring smooth execution of all event-related activities throughout the event period, complete in all respects. |
| 9 | Providing, installing, commissioning, operating and maintaining a comprehensive CCTV Surveillance System comprising a minimum of 20 High-Definition (HD) cameras with Network Video Recorder (NVR), storage devices, display monitors, power supply units, cabling and all associated accessories. The system shall provide continuous monitoring and recording of all critical areas of the venue throughout the event period, including deployment of trained operators for surveillance and incident reporting, complete in all respects. |
| 10 | Providing, installation, operation and maintenance of a fully functional Site Office/Control Room for event management purposes, complete with office furniture, computers/laptops, printer-scanner-copier, internet connectivity, electrical fittings, power backup, stationery and all necessary office accessories required for effective coordination, communication, monitoring and administration during the event period, including installation and dismantling after completion of the event. |
| 11 | Providing on hire basis, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of one 62 KVA Silent Diesel Generator (DG) Set complete with required fuel, operator, distribution panels, cabling, earthing, changeover arrangements and all ancillary equipment for uninterrupted power supply during the event period. The DG set shall comply with applicable CPCB emission and noise norms and shall be maintained in proper working condition throughout the event duration. |
| 12 | Providing on hire basis, transportation, placement, maintenance and removal of premium quality moulded plastic/banquet chairs for visitors, exhibitors, delegates and guests during the event period, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Event Authority. |
| 13 | Design, fabrication, furnishing, operation and maintenance of a fully air-conditioned VVIP Lounge and digital promotional enclave with media lounge complete with premium sofa seating, centre tables, carpeting, decorative lighting, floral arrangements, branding elements, drinking water facilities and other allied furnishings for hosting dignitaries, government officials and invited guests during the event period, including installation and dismantling after completion of the event. |
