Day to day Preventive Maintenance of Entire Electrical Installation for Sub Station,Both Non-Residential & Residential Bld,Compound Light incl Operation of All Diesel Generator Set (Existing & upcoming all EI) in the Premises of Lady Duffrin Victoria Hospital,Kolkata under Medical College & Hospital Electrical Sub-Division,PW Dte. The maintenance work should be carried out as per following scope of works and terms & conditions.(i) Skilled (3 shift per day X 1 head)

(ii) Semi-skilled(2 shift per day X 1 head)

(iii) Unskilled(3 shift per day X 1 head in morning, evening, night and 1 head in general shift)

The following charges will be deducted from the bill if the agency does not provided any of them mentioned below:- Dress (0.5%),Tools & tackles incl. ladder (1.5%), Checking, testing & servicing of substation and its equipments one time in a year (5%) and Sundrys (0.5%).
