OD220304/2025-2026: maintenances of 40 Hp horizontal centrifugal , split cage pump (pump no. 8) having total head of 45 Meter(A)PUMP :- Horizontal centrifugal split cage Pump centrifugal pump having a total head of 45 Meter. The maintenance work includes removing the pump from the foundation and providing new bearing with seal including lathe work for gland box, casing and impeller etc. (B)MOTOR:- 40HP squirrel gauge induction mortor suitable for the above pump. The maintenance work includes removing the motor from the foundation and providing new bearing with seal. (C) STARTER:- :-Soft starter 41 to 50 HP including 10 KVAR metalised polypropeline capacitor 440V box type. The maintenance work includes replacing starter. (D)VALVE:- Supply of heavy duty ISI marked -200mm dia CI double flanged sluice valve and Non return valve -200mm dia with suitable pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support especially for Non return valves. (E)Foot valve :- Supplying and fixing 200mm DI ball type foot valve including nut and bolts for fixing. (F)Pressure guage :- 100mm dia , 0 to 100 psi glycerine filled
