Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and fixing 1.5\\" to 3\\" wide black stone 20mm thick strips after cutting kota stone flooring in cutting portion for marking of courtyard for particular game over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and grouting of joints with pigment matched in cement mortar complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
