Descaling of cooling towers- 04 no’s installed at terrace of Govt. Medical College & Hospital , Jammu by way of dismantling of reinforced plastic sheet of cooling tower motors, opening of main header pipes & sub header pipes and nozzle with descaling reagent. Descaling of sprinkler assembly by way of circulating of chemical descaler compound with special type of water pump, greasing to motor bearings and varnishing of motor winding & assembling the same and descaling of base of cooling towers. The job involves opening of side portion of cooling towers and removing of accumulated debris in basin and distribution system, cleaning of material of internal packing with descaling liquid, repair to sprinkler . The job also includes adjustment & setting of fan blade angle for specified air flow and cleaning of strainer mesh. The job also includes descaling of the make up tank along with the chiller line by way removing of accumulated debris in basin of the tank , circulating of chemical descaler compound with special type of water pump, flushing with fresh water till the tank & pipe line is cleaned. Complete job includes cost of material, taxes & labour charges etc.

Repairs/replacement of Cooling Tower No 2 fan blade assembly – 1 no. installed at the terrace of GMC&H , Jammu by way of disconnecting the electrical supply , removing of fan motor from the slot . Removing of damaged fan hub assembly and then P/F of new fan blade & hub assembly , re -installation of motor into the slot. P/F of new blades 06 no’s & making of the electrical connection to the motor. Testing of motor & fan blade assembly on load .
