| 19 | Providing, fixing of Plastic HDPE Circular Manhole Chamber made from 100% virgin UV Stabilized special rotomoulding grade Polyethylene (PE) material having internal diameter of 1200mm, shall provide access for cleaning and inspection, to be used in buried sewers for gravity system. Chamber shall be made as per EN 13598-2 for use in non- pressure underground drainage and sewerage system. Chamber shaft also shall be designed to receive / connect anywhere at the shaft level. Chamber base / shaft shall receive maximum of pipe having OD of 1200mm. The riser shaft outside shall be reinforced with horizontal and vertical ribs of minimum 20mm thick and a projection of 55mm to enhance the products resistance to compression and anchoring in the soil. These ribs shall provide liftretention system in case of ground water. Chamber shall have molded-in PE manhole steps. In order for a person to step down safely the steps shall be provided at vertical distance of 250mm and the minimum width and depth of each step shall be 300mm and 125mm respectively. These steps shall be able to take a vertical load of 2kN and pull-out resistance of 1kN.
