| 4 | Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick With grey pigment cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Material and labour for Brickwork with fly ash brick (Old size brick) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 , laid dry complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Material & Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed benching, coping , water trough etc.all as specified and as directed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
