| 19 | Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including using of 25x4 GI strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel , connected to earthing test point, all as specified & indicated, including testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil/rock, PCC 1:3:6 type C1, earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weight hot less than 4 Kg/Sqm, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore, medium grade wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe of 15mm bore light grade upto 7.50 mtr long test point etc all as specified and directed. |
| 20 | Material & labour for repairing existing earthing any type incl making & cleaning of earth pit, repair of pits, fixing of new funnel , pit cover, painting on pit with cement base white paint complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Cost of funnel, pit cover, cement work, PCC work and painting etc incl is quoted rate. |
| 21 | Supply and fixing of Earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 24x4 mm GI strip complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 22 | Material & labour for maintenance of APFC panel any type and size, dismantling opening and taking down of all incoming and outgoing cables, cutting burnt edge of the cable whatever is required, providing thimble lugs and glands of suitable required for different size of cable including taking out loop of the cables, including replacement of bolts nuts & washers and reconnecting the all incoming and outgoing connections, checking of serviceability of capacitors and testing of panels on full load all as specified and as directed. Note: Capacitors shall be measured under relevant items. |
