| 5 | Notes for Item No 1 to 4:(i) Rate deemed to include replace spare parts excluding items mentioned under schedule A part II. (b) Servicing to be done monthly once and intermittent repair work to be done against fault occurs by OEM/Authorised dealer & parts shall be procured from OEM.(ii) Servicing periodically all wire ropes and chains [where fitted] as often as required to maintain an adequate factor of safety, to equalize the tension on all hoisting ropes, repair or replace conductor cables and hoist way and machine room elevator wiring.(iii) servicing periodically all safety devices and governors and make all customary safety tests.(iv) Systematically servicing and adjust the following components: Machine, Worm Gear, Thrust Bearings, Drive Sheave, Drive Sheave Bearings, Break Contact, Lining and components, gear oil/lub oil.(v) Servicing of Motor, Rotating Elements, Commutator, Brushes, Brush Holders, Bearings, Coils, Resistance for operating and Motor Circuits, Magnet Frames & other Mechanical parts. PCB’s, Transducers, Resistors, Condensers, Power Amplifiers, Transformers, Contacts, Leads, Dashpots, Timing Devices, Steel Selector Tapes and Mech,& Electrical Driving equipment.(vii) Servicing & replace defective parts of ARD,infrared device and Amplifiers/Sills.(viii) Servicing & replace defective parts of Governor Sheave, Shaft Assembly, Bearings, Contacts and Governor Jaws, replace defective one.(ix) Servicing & replace defective parts of Car and Hall Mechanical Buttons, Car and Hall position indicators, Hall Lanterns, Car direction indicators and all other Car and Landing Signal Fixtures as installed by the original manufacturer.(x) Servicing & replace defective parts of Deflector or Secondary sheave, bearings, car and counterweight guide and buffers, top and bottom limit switches, Governor Tensions Sheave Assembly, Compensating sheave Assembly, Car, Counterweight and Counterweight Guide shoes including Rollers or Gibbs.(xi) Servicing & replace defective parts Interlocks on Hoist way Door, Hoist way Door Hangers, Guides, Automatic power operated door operator, Car Door Hanger, Car Door Contact, Safety shoe, Load weighing Equipment, Car Frame, Car Safety Mechanism and Platform Emergency light & Alarm.(xii) All activities to be carried out through OEM only. |
