| 1 | 125 TPD FEED PRESS MUD TO COMPRESSED BIOGAS (CBG) PLANT:The brief scope of work shall include Project Management; Complete Process Design & Detailed Engineering; Procurement; Fabrication; Inspection; Supply; Manufacture; Transportation of all equipment/materials to the work site & Storage at site; assembly, erection & installation; Construction and Erection of Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Piping works; Acid /Alkali resistant proof tiling; Painting; Testing; Pre-commissioning; commissioning; 3D modeling; HAZOP; Training of EIL’s personnel; performance guarantee test run for 72 hours continuous operation in presence of EIL’s Representatives; guaranteeing and handing over of 125 TPD feed Press Mud to Compressed Biogas Plant (CBG) Plant to EIL on lump sum turnkey basis as per scope of work/supply, equipment list, standards, P&IDs, data sheets, drawings, etc., all complete within Contractor's specified battery limits including supply of spares, chemicals & consumables all complete as per Bidding Document and directions of Engineer incharge. Contractor shall be responsible for coordination & interaction as required with EIL, local authorities, state/ central/ local regulatory and statutory bodies and any other agencies required during execution/ commissioning of the project. All Necessary Statutory approvals required for the Proposed CBG plant shall be in the Contractors Scope including payment of applicable fees. |
