| 1 | Shifting of Existing 2 Nos. LT Panels in Electrical Control Room of High-Rise (G+8) Basement to outer wall of the same room at minimum height of 1.25 metres from FFL (ground) involving dismantling, core-cutting & repair work as below along with disconnection & re-connection of LT power supply cables etc. complete as required along with providing double-compression type brass glands for cable entry & exit till shifting work is completed to the satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. Work Details : Construction of base frame for supporting wall-mounted LT panels including providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation blocks of size 300×300×450 mm including compaction and curing complete, fabricating, supplying and fixing 4 Nos. M.S. angle legs of size 50×50×6 mm including cutting, welding, drilling, aligning and erecting in position duly embedded in concrete with proper anchorage and grouted with cement slurry including applying one coat of red oxide primer and two or more coats of approved synthetic enamel paint complete, providing and laying brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using first class burnt clay bricks in infill between M.S. angle supports forming wall of approximate size 3.7 m length × 0.6 m thickness × 0.90 m height including scaffolding, raking of joints and curing complete, providing and constructing 2-step brick masonry staircase in cement mortar 1:6 with each step of size 300 mm tread × 150 mm riser including 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on exposed surfaces with neat cement punning and finishing edges true and even including curing complete, and including backfilling, consolidation, finishing and all incidental works complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

F.≥0.95, IP20, CRI >80 etc. as per DSR specifications complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy >135 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted.. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C). |
