| 2 | Complete safe dismantling of the accessories of 132/33 kV 20 MVA Transformer including opening of jumpers, removal of earthing, removal of bushings, conservator tank, pipe lines, cooling fans, marshalling box, radiator with oil drain from radiator, opening of control cable sand fixing of blanking plates on the radiators, pipelines, conservator tanks, turret etc. with proper stacking. All men, material, T&P including Nuts & Bolts shall be provided by contractor. |
| 3 | Dismantling of RTCC panel of 20 MVA T/F including disconnection of cables, cutting of earthing and shifting of panel to store. |
| 4 | Dismantling of following equipment’s with due opening of jumpers, earthing, cable connections, nut bolts and proper shifting to store:- |

| 9 | Shifting of oil filled main tank of dismantled 132/33kV 20 MVA T/F from plinth upto 20 metre distance including turning of tank if required with all T&P, manpower to be provided by contractor to complete the job in all respect. |
| 10 | Additional shifting of dismantaled old 132/33KV 20 MVA Transformer main tank upto storage plateform 50 Meter (5 Mtr. Per job.) |
| 11 | Shifting of oil filled main tank of new 132/33kV 63MVA T/F plinth 20 metre distance to including turning of tank if required with all T&P, manpower to be provided by contractor to complete the job in all respect. |
| 12 | Additional shifting of 01 Nos. 132/33KV 63 MVA Transformer main tank upto 275 Meter (5 Mtr. Per job.) due to sharp 90 Degri turn of road. |
| 13 | Complete erection of 132/33kV 63 MVA T/F including erection of radiator, conservator tank, all bushings, turrets, bucholz relay, connecting pipes, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of OLTC, breather, PRV, OSR etc all other associated works to complete the job in all respect. All T&P shall be provided by contractor at his own cost. |
| 14 | Centrifuging of oil in main transformer tank un-interrupted till the desired BDV and PPM of oil is achieved including recording of all the parameters hourly such as temperature, BDV, PPM , Vacuum etc. Centrifuging machine, operator, lubricant and all T&P shall be provided by the contractor. |
| 15 | Erection of following equipment’s with connection of jumpers, earthing, cable connections, nut bolts and proper shifting to store:- |

| 20 | Laying of control cable of following sizes from C&R panel to CB, JB , MB as per cable schedule with due opening of cable trench and proper cable dressing to complete the job in all respect. |

All cable glands, ferrules and lugs and other T&Ps to be provided by the contractor on his own cost. |
| 36 | Cable termination along with laying of new cable if required as per drawing and cable schedule of 63 MVA T/F its cooling fans, marshalling box, all relays using existing cable for proper functioning of fans in both Manual and Auto Mode. |
| 37 | Proper packing of all bushings of dismantled transformers including wrapping with polythene sheets in the wooden carrets (shall be provided by the contractor) with proper shifting and stacking in the store. |
| 38 | Obtaining NOC from office of electrical Safety Directorate Lucknow for first time energization of 63 MVA T/F (including payment of fee as per challan) |
| 39 | Providing & fixing of name plate of 2mm thick aluminium sheet with retro reflective sheet of size 300x200mm with details/name written as per prescribed colour scheme to be fixed with the help of suitable size nuts & bolts as already installed structure of equipment’s in the switchyard with all cost of plate nuts & bolts, T&P and labour as per direction of supervising engineer. |
| 40 | Retro reflective sign board of size 10 Ft. x 06 Ft. duly made of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet fully covered with 3 M. DG Cube type retro reflective sheet of yellow colour. The letters & symbols shall be computer cut & in blue colour. Board is to be provided alongwith back support frame made of M.S. angle of size 35mm x 35mm x 05 mm with provision of two legs for grouting duly painted in black colour enamel paint and the back side of the aluminium sheet shall be painted with stove enamel paint complete in all respect and to be grouted with casting of CC (1:2:4) foundation at the sub-station. |
