| 3 | Providing, Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of RCC pipes shall be of NP3 class, cast by vibrated method confirms as per IS:458:2021, by using Sulphate Resistant Cement conforming to IS:12330 and concrete design mix minimum M-40 garde. Each pipe shall be lined interally with HDPE lining of uniform 2.5 mm thickness, fusion bonded or mechanically anchored to the concrete wall to provide resistance against corrosion and abrasion. The HDPE matetial shall confirms to ASTM D1248 and IS:7328 standards. The reinforcement shall be of high tensile steel confirming to IS:1786 (Fe550 grade) and placed as per IS:458:2021. | 4 | Construction and commissioning of MPS of 6.00 MLD capacity and new sewage treatment plant of 2.00 MLD capacity based on Sequencing Batch Reactors Technology (SBR) (Attached growth process) followed by Chlorination complete in all respect with PLC, data transfer through modem to website and all other works contingent there to as per complete scope of work mentioned in Annexure- I including Operation and Maintenance of new MPS and STP during defect liability period of 6 year after successful completion of 3 Months trial run on the commissioning of new MPS/Sewage treatment plant based on Sequencing Batch Reactors Technology (SBR) at Samalkha town in existing 5 MLD STP Campus:- (a) Entire Civil works, mechanical, electric and instrumentation works as per DNIT (As per detail attached at annexure – I and inclusive of OandM). (The rate quoted by contractor shall be bifurcated into capital cost (as 80%) and OandM cost (as 20%) of quoted L.S cost) |
