| 12 | M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying two coats of Plastic emulsion paint over priming paints plaster coat complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | M&L for Preparing surface including cleaning the concerned RCC surface by means of wire brush to expose the concrete surface which should be free from all loose particles, dust, laitance, etc of sunken slab and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound both on floor and wall. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry then applying Epoxy Resin coating polymer modified cementitious coating like brush bond of Fosroc, Pidilite and Bostic as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on wall and sunken floor shall be filled with graded cinder as per requirement of site complete all as specified.
