| 1 | NOTE:-(i) The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.(ii) It is highlighted that the certain condition of General Condition of Contracts (IAFW-2249) has been modified as per direction of MoD i.e. inclusssion of Performance Security, deletion of Risk & Cost Provisions and increase in defect liability period all as per tender documents.
