Providing manpower in each shift round the clock to make the flood control room operational at DDA office complex Pitampura near TV tower, Delhi and for loading & unloading of sand bags, pumps as required and for removal of flooded water from the area under the jurisdiction of North Zone including all necessary T&P required all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (one day means 8 hrs of duty)

Mate (minimum 1 no. per shift or as directed by Engineer in Charge)

Beldar (minimum 2 no. per shift or as directed by Engineer in Charge)

Hiring, installtation and running of 10 HP diesel pump set round the clock along with operator, suction pipe of at least 12 m length and delivery pipe of at least 30m length including diesel, all necessary fittings etc. required for dewatering from the area under the jurisdiction of North Zone all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (minimum 3 no. of pumps are required or as directed by Engineer in charge)

Providing properly stitched jute/gunny bags filled with jamuna sand and stacking at DDA office complex Pitampura near TV tower, Delhi complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Hiring of vehicle (Tata 407 or equivalent) with operator including diesel in good running condition for transportation/local shifting of labour, sand bags & pump etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Conditions: -1. If the agency fails to depute manpower as per item no. 1, a penalty of Rs. 2200.00per mate per shift and Rs. 2000.00 per beldar per shift shall be imposed on the agency. No female shall be allowed.2. If the agency fails to install pump set as and when required, a penalty of Rs. 15000.00 per day shall be imposed on the agency.3. If the agency fails to provide vehicle as per item no. 4 as and when required, a penalty of Rs. 4000.00 per day shall be imposed on the agency.4.
