All Items of BHEL SR 2013-14 except those that are plumbing maintenance in nature, but includes entirely new plumbing and sanitary ceramic fittings like Urinals, WCs, Wash basins etc., Sl No Instruction to fill price bid 1.0 Price bid has to be downloaded from e procurement portal. Filled price bid has to be uploaded to the portal without changing the file name. For e.g if price bid file name downloaded from \\"https://eprocurebhel.co.in/nicgep/app\\" is BOQ_7789 (say) , then upload the same file after filling the percentage without changing the file name. 2.0 Bidder has to quote in cell M13 as follows.Case1 (at Par of BHEL Schedule Rate 2013-14, Annexure of tender document):If the contractor wishes to quote the rate at par then he should mention 100 in cell M13Case2(above the BHEL Schedule Rate 2013-14, Annexure of tender document):If the contractor wishes to quote a rate of 1.25% above the Schedule rate then he should mention 101.25 in cell M13Case3(below the BHEL Schedule Rate 2013-14, Annexure of tender document):If the contractor wishes to quote a rate of 2.6 % below the Schedule rate, then he should mention 97.40 in cell M13 3.0 Quotation should be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of Tender opening. 4.0 The percentage should be quoted inclusive of any taxes and duties levied or to be levied both by Central and State Government authorities from time to time, and Excluding GST. 5.0 No other pre conditions along with your offer will be entertained by BHEL. 6.0 The bidder shall quote only the lowest possible percentage that can be offered for the intended quantity. 7.0 Bidder shall fill only blue cells. 8.0 The percentage quoted is applicable for each and every item of the BHEL Schedule of rates 2013-14 9.0 L1 will be decided based on the minimum of “Total Rate of the contract in Percentage (%)” to BHEL, [BA14 cell ]. 10.0 In the course of evaluation, if more than one bidder happens to occupy L1 status, effective L-1 will be decided by solicitingdiscounts from the respective L-1 bidders. In case more than one bidder happens to occupy the L-1 status even after soliciting discounts, the L-1 bidder shall be decided by a toss/ draw of lots, in the presence of the L-1 bidder(s) or their representatives.
