M&L for cutting/making opening in existing/in any type of wall (any height) of suitable size for fixing new exhaust fan of size 300 and 250mm sweep and other connected works including making good the disturbed surfaces by plastering and painting to match the existing surface on wall of any masonary complete all as specified and as directed.
