Name of Work:- Supply of LT XLPE Aerial Bunched Cable, 1100V grade, 2 Core configuration: (1x25sq mm insulated neutral cummessenger + 1x16 sq mm)(Street Lighting). Item rates should be quoted excluding GST in column 7. Please indicate GST percentage separately in column 8. All other charges, taxes, and transportation costs shall be borne by the supplier up to the site.
Supply of LT XLPE Aerial Bunched Cable as per tender specification.The LT XLPE Aerial Bunched Cable shall be of voltage grade 1100 Volts and configuration 1 Core x 16 sqmm Aluminium Phase Conductor + 1 Core x 25 sqmm Aluminium Insulated Neutral cum Messenger Conductor, confirming to IS 14255. Both conductors shall be of Aluminium Alloy 6201 or equivalent high-grade EC Grade Aluminium, compacted or stranded circular shape. The phase conductor of 16 sqmm and neutral cum messenger of 25 sqmm shall be individually insulated with XLPE Cross-linked Polyethylene insulation suitable for outdoor aerial exposure. The XLPE insulation shall be UV resistant, weather-proof and suitable for continuous operation from -20°C to +85°C. The phase conductor shall have color coding as per IS standard. The 25 sqmm core shall be fully insulated and shall serve dual purpose as neutral return path and as load-bearing messenger wire for aerial suspension of the cable. The complete cable shall be suitable for overhead distribution on poles for single phase LT service connections and street lighting. The cable shall be manufactured by BIS licensed manufacturer and shall meet all requirements of IS 14255 with latest amendments. Each drum shall be clearly marked with Manufacturer Name, Voltage Grade, Year of Manufacturing, IS Code, Cable Size and Length. Test certificates from NABL accredited lab for routine and type tests shall be submitted along with supply.
