| 2 | Safety arrangement as per NHRC guidelines to execute the work safely which includes safety belt ,gumboots, helmet, oxygen cylinder, face mask etc. |
| 3 | Dismantling of motor, Primary gear box and other mechanical fixtures from the top of center mechanism and shifting to workable safe place. |
| 4 | Making temporary platform in the PST around the central post as per site requirement. |
| 5 | Dismantling of central cage & turn table, lifting & taking out from the PST & Shifting to ground level etc. |
| 6 | Dismantling the damage structure of the both side scrapper arm structure by cutting the nut-bolts with gas cutter and shifting the same to a workable place with the help of mobile crane &heavy labour etc. |
| 7 | Repairing of center drum i/c replacement of the damaged stiffeners of the drum and making required patch work with 6mm thick (15sq meter)M.S Sheet with the help of electric welding as per site requirement. |
| 8 | Repairing of damaged vertical structure of central drum, M.S. angle iron of size 150x150xx8mm and 75x75x8mm by welding & providing nut bolt etc. as per requirement at site.(150 kg) |

| 13 | Fabrication the scum box (size 1800x1500mm approx.) made out of 6mm thick M.S sheet i/c providing the heavy duty out let pipe of 200mm dia and 8mm thick, including flange with nut bolts & gasket. Fixing the box scum box with the help of angle/channel after alignment the scum box with the help of all tools and tackles and loading unloading. (500 kg approx.) |
| 14 | Dismantling of worn out V-notch of rusted nut bolt with the help of manual labour, gas cutter and tools & tackles as per site requirement. |

| 19 | Painting the complete structure with one coat of epoxy primer and two or more coat of enameled paint as per requirements. |
