| 2 | Safety arrangements as per NHRC guidelines for execution of work safely which includes safety belt, Gumboot, helmet, oxygen cylinder, face mask etc. |
| 3 | Making temporary platform around the central post of FST for safe working of staff on central cage as per requirement. |
| 4 | Dismantling/Cutting of all worn out structure i/c scrapper, scrapper arms, bridge, chequered sheet, damaged central drum, angle iron structure and nut-bolts/rivets with the help of gas cutter, manpower and lowering lifting, tools & tackles as per requirement. |
| 5 | Dismantling the motor and primary gear box, central gear box and other mechanical fixtures from the top of central mechanism with the help of gas cutter/tools & tackles and shifting the same to workable place. |
| 6 | Repairing/Overhauling of the primary reduction gear box fixed on the top and central mechanism i/c replacement of damaged spares of the gear box and central mechanism, the job also include replacement of bearings (roller/ball) & gear oil etc. for the same. Make of Bearings: - DJB approve make. |
| 7 | Strengthening of rotating structure by providing and fixing damaged M.S. Angle size 50x50x6mm, 65x65x8mm, 75x75x8mm as per sample in terms of shape, size & MOC.(750 KG APPROX) |
| 8 | Providing and Fixing of bottom scrapper made out from 8mm thick MS sheet of size approx. 2700X200x8 along with replacement of rubber squeezer of 100% synthetic rubber. Make:- Jyoti/National |
