Dismantling of defective components such as capacitors, fuses, indication lamps, and relays from 380 kVAr HT APFC panels and 40 kVAr HT static capacitor banks. Scope includes removal of terminations, wiring, and associated hardware as required at site. All work shall be carried out safely without damage to adjacent equipment and as per standard practices.

Supply of 127 kVAr, 3.6 kV, 50 Hz, 3-phase capacitor units, complete with terminal cover, discharge device, and mounting arrangement. Including all necessary hardware for replacement of defective capacitors in the APFC panel. The capacitors shall be of Standard make and suitable for specified operating conditions. Complete in all respects as required at site.

Supply of 100 A, 3.3 kV fuses for protection of 127 kVAr capacitor units, suitable for HT applications. Make: Standard

Supply of microprocessor-based HT APFC relay with digital display for power factor and other electrical parameters, suitable for operation of capacitor banks. Make: Standard/TDK/EPCOS

Supply of LED indication lights in various colours for replacement of defective or burnt-out units, suitable for panel applications. Make: Standard/FTC

Installation and connection of the above-mentioned components in APFC panels and static capacitor banks. Work includes providing necessary hardware and terminations using aluminium links, multi-strand copper wires, lugs, and insulation tapes as required at site.

Servicing of APFC panels including thorough cleaning and dust removal, cleaning of vacuum contactors, and decarbonizing of electrical joints. The scope also includes alignment of doors, checking and tightening of all nuts and bolts, and overall inspection as required at site.

Servicing of VCB panels including complete dust removal, cleaning of contact points, and decarbonizing of electrical joints. The scope also includes checking and tightening of all nuts and bolts, along with overall inspection as required at site.
