| 1 | (A) Removal of following unserviceable parts of existing furniture items of various MES F/DB/FD/MAP drgs carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, weldging, glueint, providing hinges, denting applying putty for levelled surface, placing every part in-tact and painting/polishing the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs, all as specified and directed.(B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in Offrs Married Accn of GE (W) Colaba including BSO's Furniture Yard all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | Chair Dining Wooden FD-MAP-II-04: |
| 3 | All as per item No. 1 above but seat complete with ply, foam cushion of 40 density 75mm, tapestry cloth and white cloth but 12mm plywood BWP Grade. |
| 4 | Removing the unserviceable front legs and S&F the new front legs in the furniture (chair dining wooden) as per drawing No FD-MAP-II-04, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Removing the unserviceable rear legs and S&F the new rear legs in the furniture (chair dining wooden) as per drawing No FD-MAP-II-04, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Removing the unserviceable stiffener and S&F the new stiffener in the furniture (chair diningm wooden) as per drawing No FD-MAP-II-04, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Removing the unserviceable upper/lower stiffener and S&F the new upper/lower stiffener in the furniture (chair dining wooden) as per drawing No FD-MAP-II-04, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Removing the unserviceable PVC ring and S&F the new PVC ring in the furniture (chair dining wooden) as per drawing No FD-MAP-II-04, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Removing the unserviceable bracket wood and S&F the new bracket of teak wood in the furniture (chair dining wooden) as per drawing No FD-MAP-II-04, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Scraping and removing of all dusts including sand papering & preparing of surface and filled with wax / wooden putty and finishing with two coats of French polish to match with the colour with high class glossy finish in the furniture (chair dining wooden) as per drawing No FD-MAP-II-04, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | TV Trolley (FD/E6/MAP/04) |
| 12 | Removing of unserviceable top and supply and fixing new top of size 750mm x 600mm shall be made up of 18mm thick ply wood BWR Gde with both side laminated with laminate sheet approved colour /Shade as directed by Engg-in-Charge with polished 4 mm thick teak wood beading all round the top. |
| 13 | All as per item No 3.01 here-in-before but sides of TV Trolley of size 700mmx 500mm. |

| 15 | Removing old unserviceable castors wheel and supply and fixing new castors wheel 50mm dia swivel type suitable for TV Trolley all as shown on drawing. |
| 16 | Removing old broken glass and supply and fixing two sided movable 2 glass shutters of size 700mmx 275mm on aluminium channel fixed on front door alround. Glasses shall be of 5mm thick fixed with steel wheels of appropriate size for sliding on channel irrespective of what is shown on Drg. |
| 17 | Sofa Set 5 Seater FD-373/FD/MAP-II/02/Similar Pattern: M&L for removing the existing unserviceable tapestry cloth, cushion of sofa set and replacing with foam cushion 40 density 100mm thick of size 530mmx560mmx100mm, Foam cushion of Seat and back shall be provided with tapestray cloth with white inner lining cloth. Shade of cloth shall be as approved by GE/ Engr in charge. Cloth shall be with provision of suitable chain for easy replacement of cloth for the seat and back as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Each cushion for seat or back will be measured as single unit. (i) The tapestry cloth shall be mat finished and shall not less than Rs. 650/- per metre and as approved by GE. |
