| 1 | Comprehensive annual maintenance of Swimming pool comprises of the following equipments complete all as specified and directed.(a) Pumping sets of capacity 3.5 HP - 05 Nos (01 as Standby) (b) Pressure filter of filtering capacity 50 Cum/Hr - 04 Nos (01 as Standby)(c) Dosing pump - 02 Nos (One for Chlorination and one for Soda Ash)(d) Electrical panel board consisting of starters of suitable rating complete.Note: Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for the following :-(i) Contractor shall provide trained technician and a helper, who will visit Swimming pool once in a week, to check and servicing of the equipments above to ensure the serviceability and proper functioning of Swimming pool.(ii) Grease and lubricating oil shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (iii) Cleaning all swimming pool building inside, plant room, equipments including surrounding area of the buildings. (iv) Check serviceability of all self priming recirculation pump of single stage / horizontal self priming pump set of 3.5Hp / 3.26 KW Capacity and all other connected items. |
| 2 | Comprehensive annual maintenance of fire fighting system in Sekhon Hall , New Tech Flight, SRE and New ATC of the following equipments complete all as specified and directed.(a) Main Fire Pump with centrifugal motor of existing capacity- 04 Nos (b) Jockey Fire pump with Electric motor of existing capacity - 04 Nos (c) Makeup fire Pump- 04 Nos(d) DG Fire Pump with engine - 04 Nos Note: Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for the following :-(i) Contractor shall provide trained technician and a helper, who will visit fire fighting installation in sekhon hall , New Tech Flight and New ATC once in a week, to check and servicing of the equipments above to ensure the serviceability and proper functioning of installation.(ii) Grease and lubricating oil shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.(iii) Cleaning all fire fighting installation buildings (Sekhon Hall , New Tech Flight and New ATC) inside, plant room,equipments including surrounding area of the building. (iv) Check serviceability of all self priming recirculation pump of single stage / horizontal self priming pump set of all existing Capacity and all other connected items. |

| 10 | Supply, fixing and commissioning as in repair of wall mounting swinging type first aid fire hose reel with drum hanging bracket, 30 mtr long and 20mm dia high pressure hose reel as per IS 444 with gunmetal shut off nozzle having 5mm dia orifice. The hose reel shall be confirming to IS 884-1985. Rate shall incl for 25mm dia MS pipe connection from riser to hose reel sockets, nipples, elbows and ball valve (25mm dia). | 23 | M & L for dismantling the pump of following capacity checking the worn out parts like impeller, shaft, stuffing box, shaft sleeve using Micrometer and transporting to workshop for repairs, check for condition of bearings, removing scales from impeller and pump housing, building the worn out metal of transmission shaft to required level, machining to the required size on lathe machine, grinding and finishing to match the sleeve, and fixing into the housing, re-assembling, transport back to the installation, installing in position, check for alignment with dial gauge, inserting shims where necessary, refixing with coupling, tightening with torque wrench to required level, re-connecting the flanged pipe connections of suction/ delivery including replacement of rubber insertion etc complete, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 27 | Daily maintenance of swimming pool, water quality as per IS:3328 of 1993 & amended 2010, of size 25m x 12.5m x 5.5m deep (Summer & Monsoon) including Sunday & Holidays, by providing one skilled man power with the help of pool maintenance equipment, cleaning pool water by removing deposited mud, silt and all other accumulated material from the bottom and side, channels, by brushing bottom surface with suction/sweeper, also topping up the pool for fresh water required including adding the chemicals for disinfection of water and maintaining desired parameter of water as per IS norms complete all as specified and directed.NOTE :- (i) Swimming pool chemicals shall be issued under relevant item of this schedule for treatment of swimming pool water.(ii) Chemical to be supplied under relevant item of this schedule shall be used in accordance to the directions issued by Engineer-in-Charge.(iii) Contractor shall provide pool maintenance equipment to his workmen deployed on the job. However, the rate of this item shall include this aspect.(iv) Cleaning shall be carried out all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
