| 6 | Doing horizontal directional drilling along/ across roads, supplying and pulling 125mm HDPE pipe duct for drawing 11kV 3x300Sq mm Aluminium XLPE UG cable through the duct including surveying the site for collecting information about under ground utility installations and other obstructions using suitable modern sensing equipments, restoring the damages occurred if any, pit marking, pilot drilling, pre raming, closing of pits with normal soil/filled sand/crusher sand and consolidation to the satisfaction of the road owner and traffic police as they insist, taking the cable to the open trenches, RMUs, transformer yards etc., mounting the cable after providing loop at 1.2m depth , putting HDPE (PN-6,Kg/sq mm) at rising point(0.5 m below ground level and 1.5m above ground level) making RCC jointing chambers for straight joints if any, testing commissioning, placing route markers at 100m interval, writing identification name ,date of laying ,date of commissioning etc. legibly on the cable rising using polyurathane paint etc. as per the direction of departmental officers including supply of HDPE pipe. (includes cost of HDPE pipe, labour, transportation charges etc.) |
