| 1 | This job involves the repair and servicing of the 250 KVA (Engine Model: - Kriloskar 6SL8800TA) DG Set installed at Intake, River Tawi under Migrant Camp Jagti. This work includes the dismantling of existing components such as lube filters and oil filters, followed by the draining of used engine oil and coolant. Replacement/Repair as per site requirement of engine components will be carried out, including 6 valve sets, 12 valve guides, 12 valve seals, 1 head gasket, 1 complete packing kit, 12 valve tappets, 1 turbo repair kit, and 1 B-Check kit consisting of a diesel filter, oil filter, O-rings, and other necessary packings. Additional replacement parts include a nut/bolt/washer kit, 1 air filter, 1 diesel pipe set, 1 return pipe, 1 complete feed pump, 1 fan belt set, and a new controller for the DG set. Furthermore, 2 new 180 AH batteries and 25 metres of 3.5 core, 400 mm² aluminium armoured cable will be supplied and installed, or as per the site requirement.The servicing will also involve refilling the engine with approximately 35 litres of fresh lubricating oil and 20 litres of coolant. The alternator will be repaired, including dismantling from the main shaft, inspection and servicing of the rotor assembly, thorough radiator cleaning, and cleaning of the windings using appropriate methods before reassembling the unit with the main transmission line. A test run of the DG set will be performed after completion of repairs and refuelling with approximately 100–125 litres of high-speed diesel (HSD) on the account of test run, including all necessary transportation and handling charges.The job includes cost of material, transportation charges, skilled labour involved and all kinds of taxes (GST etc.) and any other charges as applicable.
