Replacement / Repair of damaged components along with allied works to 250 kVA manually operated voltage stabilizer installed at filling station of tanker section. The job involves disconnecting the voltage stabilizer from three phase electric connections and dismounting the panel board. Dismantling of voltage stabilizer by lifting the top assembly with the help of chain pulley block or manual labour, extracting out of core assembly. Complete rewinding of coils - 02 Nos. and repair to 01 No, coil. The job includes providing and filling of two nos. rotary switches, main switch as per capacity and 01 No change over switch in place of damaged one. Replacement of Bakelite stands to the terminal plate. Providing and fitting of new thimbles after cutting edges of cable ends and proper dressing. The job further involves replacement of damaged wiring. Topping with fresh T- Oil 205 liters. Assembling and lowering the transformer assembly into the oil tank, fitting all the parts and testing the Voltage Stabilizer on full load.
