Conducting bore holes 100mm dia for determination of SDC of soil (a) sinking bore holes in soil starata up to10m depth or n value reaches 50 whichever is earlier conducting penetration tests at various depths in the bore holes, obsn of water table if incountered distributed soil samples from the bore holes conducting the all necessary laboratory tests on undistributed and distributed soil samples submission of report with analysis of tests results and recommendation regarding type and depth of foundation and allowable bearing pressure on them in six copies. Soil samples shall be collected and handed over to Engineer-in charge in wooden boxes.Note - Submission of report with analysis of under mentioned tests and recommendation should be submitted in six copies.(i) The bore hole may be terminated before 10.0M if n value reaches 50 carryout SPT/DCPT Whichever is suitable in the bore holes to determine n value.(ii) SPT/DCPT value at every 0.75m intervals and change of strata.(iii) Grain Size distribution and analysis.(iv) Soil charactersitics.(v) Value of Cohesion and angle of internal friction.(vi) Recommended SBC at different depths of foundation ie foundation at 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm etc upto 5m depth.(vii) SBC and its calculation based N value share strength and settlement criteria.(viii) Depth of water table (Max and Min).(ix) Depth of expensive soil and its properties if any.(x) Recommendation for type of foundation.(xi) Recommendation for filling under floors and filling under plinth protection.(xii) Chemical analysis of soil.(xiii) Detail of soil profile and bore logs.(xiv) Any other recommendation.

Notes Contd...(xv) location of bore should be shown alongwith the proposed bldg layout in the report in a site plan duly signed by GE and testing lab rep.(xvi) Water table lavel chemical charactersitics of soil eg chloride and sulphate content and expensive characterstics of soil if any should be given in the report.(xvii) The lavels of each SPT/DCPT bores shall be reflected with respect to permanent benchmark lavels.(xviii) RLs at location of all boreholes shall be indicated in the site plan bldg layout.(xix) Slope stability analysis and recommendation also shall be suitably obtained from the soil testing consultant when a deep cutting is involbed at the site.

Architecture Services - Preparation of complete conceptual plans, architectural drawings of indoor training complex of area (740 Sqm approx) and synthetic rock climbing wall (Elevation, Sections and Schedule of finishes, Site Plan including 3D views (interior & exterior)). The drawings will cover to minutest of the details with reference to technical, architectural, and functional requirements in soft and hard copy, space/ Area analysis in tubular graphical formats.Structural Services- Preparation of complete Structural design and drawings duly incorporated with all the details, final submission of all the approved structural drawings and acrchitectural drawings with supported by relevant design data (STAAD File) in hard & soft copy (03 Nos).Proof Checking & Vetting- Vetting from IIT/NIT and submission of all structural and architectural drawings as per latest Indian Standard codes & pratice.

The drawings will cover to minutest of the details with reference to technical, architectural, and functional requirements in soft and hard copy, space/ Area analysis in tubular graphical formats.Structural Services- Preparation of complete Structural design and drawings duly incorporated with all the details, final submission of all the approved structural drawings and acrchitectural drawings with supported by relevant design data (STAAD File) in hard & soft copy (03 Nos).Proof Checking & Vetting- Vetting from IIT/NIT and submission of all structural and architectural drawings as per latest Indian Standard codes & pratice.Yard Stick - Preparation of BOQ of indoor training coplex and rock climbing wall as per SSR PT- 2020 rates and schedules of the items (Stage wise)

Notes :-1. User Requirements which are not mentioned in the scope to be obtained from the user while preparing the strucutural and architectural drawing. Final architecutral facade and finishes will be approved by the accepting officer.2.
