OD9741/2026-2027:Charges towards service and maintenance including regular service of ACBs(Seimens and L&T make) - Overhauling service of ACB including Cleaning of breaker with CRC, Removal of old grease and re-greasing the same with recommended grease, Checking the condition of arcing contact and gap between fixed and moving arcing contacts, Checking the reset mechanism and tripping of breaker through push button, Checking and adjust freeness of release trip rod, Checking presence and proper tightening of hardware, Checking presence of all circlips, Checking condition and alignment of Jaw contact with cradle terminals, Checking condition of ACB wiring and replace if required, Checking and adjusting gap between hilum sheet and side plate, Checking proper closing of all poles together, Checking working of anti pumping device in case of EDO ACB, Checking arc chutes Conditions, Checking U/V releases. Checking ACB tripping through shunt release, Checking motor operation in case of EDO ACB, Checking closing coil operation in case of EDO ACB, Checking continuity and proper changeover of auxiliary contact block, Setting of Protection Release as per the load/Customer Request, Checking healthiness of CTs, Testing of Protection Release, Dismantling and Reassembling of Main Mechanism Parts, If Required
