| 1 | Safe Shifting & loading and packing in proper size wooden and MS base arrangement for avoiding damage during transportation (as per site requirement) of 1 No. 145KV Bushing from store to loading site by manually / Crane at 132KV Sub Station Gurudeo Nagar, Mirzapur with all due care safety and precaution.(Note: Wooden & M.S are provided by contractor). |
| 2 | Safe Carriage of 1 No. 145KV Bushing Loaded on Vehicle to be arranged by the Contractor from designated 132KV Sub Station Gurudeo Nagar, Mirzapur to 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi. (Approx. Distance 130 Km.) |
| 3 | Safe unloading and stacking of 1 No. 145KV Bushing Loaded on Vehicle with help of Hydra/Crane at 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi with all other associated works, with all due care safety & precaution. |
| 4 | Transit Insurance of 1 No. 145KV Bushing shall be got done by the contractor and actual shall be reimbursed by the department after submission of documentary proof (Rs.1,01,359.64@ 0.35%) |
| 5 | Drain out of the Transformer Oil(Approx 20% of 12KL=2.4KL) from 20MVA, 132/33KV T/F Tank into Oil Storage Drum/Tank upto required level with the help of Centrifuging Machine (Centrifuging Machine with operator shall be provided by the contractor). |
| 6 | Dismantling & shifting of 1 No. 145KV Bushing from Storage location to near Transformer plinth with the help of Crane for replacement of Y-Phase 20MVA, 132/33KV T/F Bushing. The work includes opening of HV / LV side jumpers and dismantling of old 145KV Bushing for replacement of new one at 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi. (Crane/Gaskets shall be arranged by the contractor). |
| 7 | Erection & shifting of dismantled 1 No. 145KV Bushing from site to Storage Location with the help of Crane. Erection of new 1 No. 145KV Bushing including removal of damaged gaskets, cleaning of surfaces, fabrication of gaskets of appropriate size of Konica / Nu-cork make and fixing of gasket at proper place. Jumpering of HV / LV side bushings, making ready for energization of Transformer. |
| 8 | Dismantling & erection of LV bushing, neutral bushing inspection cover, PRV, Buchholz pipe line, etc. for replacement of gaskets. |
| 9 | Replacement of Old Gasket from different parts of the Transformers as per details below. The scope of works involves removal of Gaskets, Cleaning of surface, Fabrication of Gaskets of appropriate size of thickness 12/10/8/6 mm of Konica / Nu-Cork make and fixing of Gaskets at proper place with adhesive along with other associated works. Gaskets are of Type C, Very Good Oil Resistant and as per IS 4253 and Contractor must have to submit Test Report of Gaskets before replacement.i) Providing and making of gasket for inspection cover. |
| 10 | ii) Providing and making of gasket for PRV. |
| 11 | iii) Providing and making of gasket for LV bushing. |
| 12 | iv) Providing and making of gasket for Neutral bushing. |
| 13 | Filling of drained Transformer Oil (Approx 20% of 12KL=2.4KL) from Oil Storage Drum/Tank to 20MVA, 132/33KV T/F main Tank. Top up conservator tank upto required level with the help of Centrifuging Machine. (Centrifuging machine shall be provided by contractor). |
| 14 | Centrifuging of complete transformer oil in transformer by connecting centrifuging pipes, circulating pipes, circulating the transformer oil through Pvt. Centrifuging machine taking the BDV and PPM value of the oil through Pvt. Centrifuging machine taking the BDV and PPM value of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved. |
| 15 | Outside complete painting of the 20 MVA T/F including main tank, radiators, Headers, main / OLTC conservator tanks, associated pipe lines, supports, marshalling box etc. After due rubbing & cleaning of the badly rusted surfaces, cleaning and washing of the dust/dirt/oil deposit from the surfaces, then painting by one coat of red oxide primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint in lite smoke gray colour of ASIAN/NEROLAC/BERGER make by good quality brush & spray painting machine as per technical specification.
