Major Repair, Maintenance and replacement of Hydromechanical parts of Sluice Gate No. 1 & 2 (Gate Size: 1.88 × 2.15 Mtr.) of Main Canal at Ranguwan Dam, Chhatarpur for Irrigation Division - 3, Banda, including Labour, Material (MS Structure & Plate make must be SAIL), T&P and Consumables required for proper completion of work. Work includes Repair of Embedment parts (Sill Beam, Roller Track, Side Guide and Sealing seats), Replacement of Shutter Assembly and attachments, Lifting Screw and Histing Mechanism including Gear Assembly and bearings. Old platform dismantling and erection of chequered plate. After this applying primer and Epoxy paint on the surface of gate shutter assembly and synthetic enamel/bituminous paint of Berger/Nerolac/Asian/Dulux/ Nippon brand on all other structure as per IDUP guidelines then made ready entire assembly for trial including Skilled and Unskilled labour, Material, T&P, safety PPEs and all consumables and non consumables etc. for proper completion of work.
