(Red garden soil in this context it is defined as sandy loamy soil congenial for plant growth which shall be of light textured, crystalline, porous and friable, fertile, slightly acidic or neutral as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete including all labour and tools. |

| 6 | Supplying, stacking and spreading 6 mm thick red bajri, watering and rolling complete including preparation of the surface and rolling with road roller/hand roller etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials. |
| 7 | Cleaning jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30cm measured at a height of 1m ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. |
| 8 | Supply and Delivery of topiary/trees/palms/shrubs/lawn/ground covers and specified plants as per directed by Engineer- in -charge/Horticulturist at site including cost of plants. (Heights mentioned above are excluding bag height. All the plants supplied shall be with sturdy stem, well formed crown, vigorously growing tip, healthy foliage without any infestation and the plants shall be supplied after proper hardening off. The rate inclusive of cost of plants complete for finished item of work, plants of bag size: 8''x10'' of plant height not less than 3 feet, 13''x13'' of tree/plant height not less than 5 feet, 13''x13'' of plant (Hedges and shrub) height not less than 2 feet. |
