The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5 mm MS flat by suitable welding / riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50 cm above the ground is available making over all height as 2.50m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50 cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25 mm at both ends with 50 cm long MS angle 40x40x6 mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250 mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. |
| 9 | The work shall be executed as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. The operations of desilting should be videographed at each location of super sucker for a period of minimum 10 minutes per day basis and providing three sets of CD as directed by Engineer in charge. The operation should also be photographed at each location, minimum ten photographs on per day basis and giving three sets of photographs, supply of all materials, labour, T & P, temporary power connection with stand by generation set of capacity at least 62.5 KVA gas detector, forced air ventilators wherever required etc. and provision of safety equipment as per guide line laid in (IS-11972*1987), international standard, traffic control arrangement and proper lighting at night, barricading, display of signboard, insurance of worker ensuring all safety measures/precautions and cleaning of site. Removal of all hindrances obstructions, unforeseen items, permission from other deptt. (Deptt. will only assist in getting the permission etc.) cutting of bituminous road, excavation, demolishing of brick work/CC/RCC wherever required and restoring the same. All inclusive and nothing extra be payable. The super sucker machine shall be called as per requirement at various locations. |

The Contractor shall provide Smart Phone to Concerned drivers, GPS tracking device with 360 degree Sim based camera installed on tractor & Supervisors and share their number to the department on their letter heads. The contractor will ensure that such mobile numbers remain all the time active till completion of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account & if contractor fails to provide and deploy Tractor & pump after direction of Engineer-in-charge or his representative compensation of Rs. 25,000/- per day per pump will be recovered from contractor from his payment. |

The hire charges of maintenance van is on per day basis are for normal working hours of 8.00 Hrs. shift, however the van should be mobilised by the agency in case of urgency /emergency, other than normal working hours within two hours of giving instructions by Engineer-in-charge for which payment shall be made as per relevant item.(2.) Include cost of services of operating staff/driver, Cost of lubricating oil, diesel/Petrol/Kerosene oil, CNG, other consumables for running the maintenance van, required tools and equipments for carrying out below mentioned works.
