Cleaning & Sweeping of roads, footpaths, berms, gully trap chambers, CC path, parking, brick pavements, path, bell mouths, kerb channel, etc. including removal of unclaimed dumped malba, wild/unwanted bushes, grass, dead animals etc. and disposal of the same to the nearest MCD dustbin or dumping site as approved by Engineer-in-charge including providing necessary T&P like brooms, phawaras, carts, safety equipment to the Environment Assistant and following NGT, CPCB guidelines etc. all complete to the entire satisfaction of the: Engineer-in-charge.Note :i) Dumping charges (if any) shall be borne by the agency and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. ii) GPS photographs of the site of each road after cleaning & sweeping is done in all respect as mentioned above to be submitted each cleaning day to the Engineer-in-charge for which nothing extra shall be payable and no payment will be made without submission of G.P.S photographs. iii) Penalty at double the agreement rate will be imposed on the agency for non satisfactory compliance, in addition to action as per other terms and condition of the agreement. iv) Any challan from MCD, CPCB etc. issued for non cleaning/burning of garbage on roads shall be paid by the agency/contractor at his own cost.
