Providing and laying of 200 mm dia ERW MS main rising pipe line between B-Puram pumping station to Bhaitogi under Bhagirathipuram water supply scheme. by welding process after beveling for making V group at every joint , welding two layer at every joint ,fabrication of bends as per site requirement after digging of trench by excavation in mixed soil as & where required and back filling also in the trench after laying of pipe line as per the requirement including cost of all matrerial , required T&P and labour charges complete in all respect .

Providing and fitting heavy duty CCS sluice valve 200 mm dia,rising gate , 36 kg pressure, after retravel of old diffective valve from pipe line by cutting old nut bolt and flange ,Providing and weldingof 02 No heavy duty M S flange 200 mm dia by welding process after cutting of main rising pipe line according to the new valve size e with the help of gas welding ,P/F Pressure packing -02 no. nut and bolt-16 no. including cost of all required material, T&P and labour charges complete in all respect.

Repairing of presettler by replacing of old broken and damaged asbestos sheets (8.33'x3.5')-28 Nos. in one sedimentation chamber, total 04 Nos.sedimentation chambers in presetler plant (Total No. of sheets, 4x28=112 sheets). Cleaning of sedimantation chambers properly by deploying labour for releasing deposited sand and mud from the Chamber and disposal at 30 M away, scraping of deposited Moss from chamber walls by rubbing by wire brush, washing of chamber walls properly . Releasing of old broken and scrap sheets from the slots of frame by deploying skilled and unskilled Manpower,Repairing of broken/damage sheets frame and tore bar properly upper and lower both side scraping with emery paperand ,Proving tore bar as and where required by welding process.Providing & fitting new sheets in slots of chamber and disposal of old and broken asbestos sheets released from chamber30 mtr away from pump house area including cost of material, T & P and specilized manpower charges complete in all respect with trial and testing at site .

Making alternate water bifercation arrangement for filling of water in tank from main pipe line to water storage tank by cutting and welding of main pipe line and 100 mm dia sub line by welding process . Providing and fitting of 100 mm dia heavy duty sluice valve ISI mark with providing and welding M S flange 100 mm dia -02 No after cutting pipe line with the help of gas welding process ,P/F Pressure packing -02 no. nut and bolt-12 no. Closing leackage of main hearder by welding process and Providing & fitting gate valve 25 mm dia complete in all respect including cost of all required material, T&P and labour charges.
