| 2 | Door to door collection of garbage in segregated form, from two numbers of dustbins (Green & Blue) of each household and disposal of garbage in segregated form, outside the IIT Roorkee Saharanpur campus by manual & mechanical means including collection vehicles mounted with two separate bins (Green & Blue), all labours, T&P/ maintenance, charges of machine/ machine operators, fuel etc with all applicable taxes (i.e. GST) to approved dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | Door to door collection of garbage in segregated form, from two numbers of dustbins (Green & Blue) of each commercial establisments like Bhawan Mess, Canteen (Day & Night), fruit shops, stationary, barber shop, tailor shop, restaurant & coffee shops, etc. in IIT Roorkee Saharanpur campus and disposal of garbage in segregated form, outside the IIT Roorkee Saharanpur campus by manual & mechanical means including collection vehicles mounted with two separate bins (Green & Blue), all labours, T&P/ maintenance, charges of machine/ machine operators, fuel etc with all applicable taxes (i.e. GST) to approved dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Extra for carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking beyond 10 km up to 20 km per km for waste material/ garbage/ vegetation/ dead animals/ Lime/ moorum/ building/ rubbish, etc. with all applicable taxes (i.e. GST) for cost per trip of capacity 8 cum complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | Supply and installation of pad care vending machine for sanitary pads in each girls hostel and collecting the sanitary pads once in a month or as per requirement from each location. |
| 6 | Recycling and disposal of Sanitary Pads as per SWM rules |
| 7 | Development of Solid waste treatement facility inside campus and procurement of machineries involve in the treatment of waste such as secondary segregation and compositing, Engagement of manager, technical supervisor and skilled and unskilled manpower as per the requirement:a) Secondary segregation of MSW in pure wet and dry waste followed by dry waste further segregated in recyclables and non-recyclables, Treatment of wet waste by composting. b) Sell or disposal of recyclables, utilization/ Selling or compost for agriculture/ Horticulture purposes c) Incineration of diapers and recycling of sanitary pads and other waste shall also be done. Including all the maintenance and operation of treatment facility. Rate shall include all the charges for NOC, environment clearances, local body NOCs electricity, Water, statutory taxes, duties, labour cess etc. complete in all respect (Quantum of waste 400 kg per day approx.) d) Operation & Maintenance of all the equipment and repairing, bagging, transportation, office, supplies, and compost |
