| 1 | Labour charges for 6 (Six) nos operating personnel for operation and guarding of all pumping machinery, raw water pump set 170m3/hr , 25MWC and clear water pump set165m3/hr, 95MWC and 100m3/hr, 15MWC of low lift and high lift by manual panel including operation of valves, sump pump, disinfection gaseous chlorination arrangement, chlorination pump motor ,high and low lift MCC, PDB, internal/external illuminations, exhaust fans with all electrical installation and HOT/Monorail, level indicator, flow meters as per specification round the clock guarding of the whole installation with all accessories. Electrical substation containing HV & LV switchgears panels 315KVA installed Sub-Station, 615AMP VCB, AVR related to the work of Kalabani W/S scheme as per direction of EIC. as per specification round the clock and recording all data in log books supplied by agenecy and guarding of the whole installation with all accessories. |
| 2 | Periodical inspection, twice in a Month by Electrical Supervisor having valid supervisors certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board), Govt. of W.B. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with Date & Time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the Pump House & Sub-Station Building. The Supervisor requires to have thorough / in depth inspection of all the Electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. pumps, motors, valves, flow meters, pressure gauges, lightings, waistings arrangements, exhaust fans, HT & LT panel boards, cables, capacitors, transformers, battery & battery chargers along with in house lighting system. All other necessary requirement to execute the maintenance work including other necessary materials to be supplied as and when required by the agency. |
| 3 | Calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter Voltmeter, Kilowatt meter etc. Test of all relays, Transformer Oil (Dielectric test) by agency and approved by Directorate of Electricity or any other Power Generating unit and submission of test report to Department and to be recorded in the Log Book with date as per direction of EIC. |
| 4 | Cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray in both the HT< panel Board cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils in present of Electrical Supervisor/Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date as per direction of EIC. |
| 5 | Day to day maintenance and upkeeping including replacement of HRC fuses, terminal blocks, lugs, ferrules, add on contacts, auxiliary contactors, indication lamps, control wire, gland packing, gasket , rubber bush, studs, Log books for recording all data for whole scheme but excluding major items like MCCB, MPCB, MCB, SFU, Power contactor, Overload Relay, SMPS etc , raw water pump set 170m3/hr, 25MWC-2nos and clear water pump set165m3/hr, 95MWC-2nos and 100m3/hr, 15MWC -2nos of low lift and high lift by manual panel including operation of valve, sump pump, disinfection gaseous chlorination arrangement, Chlorination pump motor, blower, high and low lift MCC, PDB, internal/external illuminations, exhaust fans with all electrical installation and HOT/Monorail as per specification round the clock guarding of the whole installation with all accessories. Electrical substation containing HV & LV switchgears panels 315KVA installed Sub-Station,615AMP VCB, AVR related to the work , HT panel, LT. Panel, flow meter, level indicator and other mechanical and electrical installation within raw water and clear water puming station areas, sweeping and cleaning, bush cutting within raw water and clear pumping station areas with switching On/Off of outdoor & indoor lighting including walkway etc and all other related electrical or mechanical installation and ancillaries (including all panels and starters) within the whole Water Treatment Plant area by engaging an Electrician in Electrical Trade as and when required basis and having work experience in the field of electromechanical work for upkeeping and supervision of the whole electromechanical components for keeping healthy condition of the scheme for smooth water supply, and liasoning with PHED officials as well as local authorities for maintaining smooth water supply as per direction of EIC.
