| 1 | Providing comprehensive Design and Consultancy Services for Multistoried store house complex at MO Karwar of size 60X40X13m with all essential facilities mentioned in tentative drawings, including preparation of all architectural, structural and services drawings, detailed estimates, and GRIHA compliance documentation, complete in all respects. The building shall be well planned, designed and details as per latest norms, energy efficient, ensuring functionality, safety, economy and modern aesthetics all as per the directions of AGE/GE/CWE/Director E6 of CENM complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 3 | SURVEY-Carrying out topography survey work for site & surroundings using total station machine including collection of all important details on the field. All topographic details like Sewage line network, invert level of each MH, marking defective line/MH, roads (kachha/pucca), nalla, tanks, wells, houses, drain, railway, high tension line, electric poles, telephone poles, gas/water pipe line poles (Visible on ground), field bunds etc. shall be collected. Spot levels shall be collected in 3X3m grid interval or near where undulation found. The consultant shall prepare detailed level sheet and contour plan of the site and adjoining surroundings with all existing and proposed levels duly indicated. Proposed leveling footprint to be superimposed on the survey showing proposed PL, FFL, nearest RL, drain levels, spot levels and boundary levels required for design & execution. |
| 4 | SOIL INVESTIGATION-Conducting Soil Investigation (bore hole) as per IS: 1892- 2021 by manually/hydraulic/calax rotary drilling of 100-150mm diameter with casing pipe/bentonite slurry if required, for supporting inner collapsible stratum below water table with pot holes/helical auger in all sorts of soil up to depth of 20 Mtr or up to the hard rock level (except soft soil/boulder/soft to hard rock) or up to the depth of refusal (N>50). Conducting standard penetration test (SPT) at regular interval & submit the SBC report. Submission of proper analytical & graphical report with detail calculation & design of soil bearing capacity, soil bearing pressure. The recommendation on foundation type and design in accordance as per codal provision. The report will be reviewed and vetted by IIT/NIT/Govt Engg College experts prior to final submission. |
