M & L for Point wiring in open cashing caping / in existing conduit pipe complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI Marked and all conduit accessories etc and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuity conductor, with fabricated modular metal flush box duly make embossed, concealed in walls and with suitable size of modular inner and outer cover plates as required for housing modular switches , socket outlet and fan regulators etc , complete all as specified and directed for the followings:-

(a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one by one way switch ( switch to be measured and paid separtely)

Supply and fix switch modular type single pole one way 6 Amps all specified and as directed.MAKE; Legrand Cat Part No 573400 / Schnider Cat No X1001WH/ Anchor Roma Cat No 21011 or equivalent of makes given in particular specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix modular socket 5 pin multi purpose 6 Amps flush type . MAKE : Legrand Cat Part No 573424/ /Schnider Cat No X2005WHNS/ Anchor Roma Cat No 21102 or equivalent of makes given in particular specifications complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L ceiling rose 3 phase PVC polycorbonate,isolated body complete all as specified and directed.

S&f fresh air fan PVC body AC single phase 230/240 V of size 250 mm sweep,body air delivery > 800 CMH ,copper winding, 5 number of blades, AC with louvre fixed complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for making hole in the old existing wall/removing existing steel bar to make a hole for fixing of ventilating fan through packing of wooden ply of 6mm thickness to support the ventilating/ air circulating fan including necessary nut and bolts of suitable size including making good of disturbed surface by providing matching finishes to existing finishes complete all as directed.NOTE:- (i) existing wall thckness may be varry from 9 inch to 15 inch .All equipments required for round hole and final finish around the hole & any damage is caterd by the contractor & no any other payment is supplied by the department for this complete job. The open space around the fan shall be fully covered with 6mm thick ply wood of suitable size and shape. (ii) The height of the building is upto 7 stories.

S&f Wall mounted fans copper winding AC single phase 230/240 V, of size 400 mm sweep, speed RPM 1400,Sturdy and shock proof body for fixing of wall fan including necessary fastners/nuts/bolts complete all as specified and directed.
