| 64 | Material and labour for Servicing of existing brick masonry valve chamber of any size and dimension including opening of valve cover, dewatering the chamber if required, cleaning the chamber thoroughly, dismantling the sluice valve/Butterfly valve or NRV, removing and replacing worn-out or damaged rubber gaskets, cleaning and removing rust from valve body and moving parts using wire brushes/emery paper, lubrication of valve spindle and moving parts with suitable grade grease/oil, reassembling and testing for smooth operation. Chamber repair work to inner walls/floor including removal of loose cement, re-cementing with CM 1:4, curing, and internal plastering (where required) in CM 1:4 up to 15 mm thick.
