Disconnection the motor and taking out from its base to the station floor.

Dismantling the line shaft and coupling.

Taking out the pump by dismantling grouting bolts from base which is 20ft lower from floor level.

Dismantling the whole pump assemble part by part and keep at safe side.

Supply fitting fixing of coupling nut-bolts with rubber bush and replace the old and broken studs as required.

Repairing and straightening of line shaft (Dia. 55mm X L 2100mm) EN-24.

Mfg, supply and fitting of GM gland bush (ID 100m m, L- 300mm).

Repairing of worn out portion of impeller, pump volute and CI hub by cutting metalizing, machining, grinding to suit the proper angle of deflection of blade.

Repairing and fitting fixing of universal knuckle joint.

Arrangement of pin and rubber bush coupling as suitable fitted.

Supply and replacement of 1211 self-aligning ball bearing.

Supply and replacement of 6412 deep groove ball bearing.

Supply and replacement of 53316 single row thrust ball bearing .

Mfg and supply of EN 24 key with driving shaft key way and coupling key way.

Assembly installation and successful commissioning of pump motor set after proper adjustment, alignment and removing the blank flange.
