Repair to Deptt. Water tanker No. JK02BV-2152 by way of repairs to propeller shaft by way of dismantling by cutting of centre bolt by gas cutter, and removing of damaged items, and P/F of new items in place defective items, Front leaf spring R/H 3rd – 01 no, front leaf spring L/H main – 01no, Front leaf spring L/H 2nd – 01 no, centre bolt-03 no’s, leaf spring bush – 04nos, leaf spring pin – 04 no’s, U bolt – 02 no’s, U Clamp – 02 no’s, Spring shackle-01 no, grease nipple-02 no’s. Dismantling, extraction of worn-out parts and replacement with p/f of new parts i.e. UJ cross-02 no., Half yoke-02 no’s, cross holder-01 no, Slip and yoke teeth set-01 set, coupling nut/ bolt-04 no assembling and alignment of propeller shaft. Job includes P/F of spares /material in place of defective/ worn out clutch system by way of dismantling of clutch system with P/F of new parts i.e. Clutch plate-01 no., Pressure plate-01 no, clutch release bearing-01 no., Clutch paddle bush-01 no, shaft bolt-05 no. Job includes repair of driver and cleaner seats by way of removing of old parts in place of old one. Job also includes P/F of new tyres of configuration (7.50 - 16) along with tubes and flaps -04 No’s in place of old wornout tyres. Job also includes providing and fitting of new battery in place of old battery. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges and all taxes.
