| 9 | Preparation of old iron and steel surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth and applying one coats of Synthetic enamel paint as direcected . |
| 10 | Taking down and refixing of rolling shutter and hood/top cover of any description and size including oiling , greasing of guide rails, bearinf , spring etc. (Note all accessories if required shall be measured seperately under respectinve items) |
| 11 | Supply and fix in repair ball bearing for rolling shutters. |
| 12 | Supply and fix in repair ms pipes heavy duty of 40mm dia as in shaft of rolling shutter. |
| 13 | Supply and fix in repair MS Spring for rolling shutter, size of spring 27.5 cm long wire spring grade No. 2 for rolling shutters inner dia not less than 65mm and MS wire 6mm dia as approved by Engg-In-Charge. |
| 14 | Supply and fix in repair plain black mild steel sheet for top cover for rolling shutters 1.25 mm thick as in hood of the rolling shutter all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. |
| 15 | Taking out doors/ roller shutter of steel including stacking within 50 metres lead of area beyond 3 sq. metres as specified and directed |
| 16 | M&L for supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull/ manual operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.20 mm M.S. laths with 1.20 mm thick top cover for hood as specified and directed. |
