2	Migration of RHB's specific customized Tally reports/ patch as per requirement
3	Setup in tally prime for all offices of RHB without disturbing the present customized tally prime used in RHB for GST purpose
4	Additional yearly Tally Virtual User (TVU) for 2 years
5	Privately reversed Cloud/Dedicated instance including security like malware and virus protection for 45 concurrent user(s)
6	Client Access license for 45 users (if required to access the above Cloud/Dedicated instance)
7	Reserved Cloud/Dedicated back-up space separately minimum 250 GB
8	VPN connectivity from server to approx 45 user's local machine/ Through Domain
9	Could/Dedicated Server charge for 2 (Two) year
10	Tally License Renewal Cost (for upgrades, remote access, TSS Service for next 2 years for both licenses
