| 14 | M&L for preperation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel & iron surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified. |
| 15 | Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided forNote:-(i) At some places, concertina coil is fixed at the face of compound wall. Rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive the obstacles/ hindrance caused due to concertina coil.(ii) During the painting period the concertina coil fixed at the face of compound wall shall not be dislodge/ dislocate/ disturbed. Any damaged occures shall be make good as original without any extra cost. (iii) Prior intimation to the Engr-in-Charge shall be given in well advance while painting to avoid security/ safety hazards. |
