| 4 | Supply and fixing in repairs of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm x 3 core compete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Supply and fixing in repairs cable route indicator over the HT cables made out of cast iron block of size 15x10 cm and thickness 10 mm fixed with MS strip of size 32x4 mm up to length 75 mm and marked with 'MES HT Cable 185 /240 /300 Sqmm ' as required on cast iron block including necessary PCC and earth work etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5-meter-wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying/removal/identifying the fault/relaying of cable etc. Complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Returning, filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level, not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Laying of riddle soft sand obtained from excavation and cushioning for protection of UG cable(below, above and around the UG cable laid of 23 cm spread thickness i.e 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment complete all specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge |
| 10 | Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm. laid in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed |
| 11 | Material and labour in repair for 100 mm bore High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) PN 10 laid in trenches/Wall/road crossing for suitable length as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Cutting into existing bituminous carpet road/PCC hard standing/tiles for laying of pipes/UG cables, not exceeding 0.9 mtr deep and 0.45 mtr width refilling, ramming and making good the disturbed surfaces with cold mix bitumen to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed.
